To add a new pet, you must first add the client.  Click here for instructions.


On the client card, Pets tab, hit Add pet.

You are only required to enter a pet name.  All other info is optional.


A full birthday is required as it is needed for some reports like the Birthday report.


Breeds, colors and vets are setup in File, Lists, Breeds/Colors/Vets.  If you enter a new color and Tab or click in a different field, KC will ask if you want to add it to the database.

You can add multiple pictures to a pet card on the right side of the card.  Click here for details.

On the Notes tab, you can add notes, warnings, set a default collar size and default pickup/delivery rates.

The Documents tab allows you to attach up to 10 documents for the pet.  Click here for instructions.

The Appt Notes tab allows you to add default notes to be included on each appointment screen.  Click here for details.


It will also have an entry for cancelled, deleted and No show appointments.  Click here for details.

The Vaccinations tab will store the vaccine dates for that pet.  You must first setup Vaccines in File, Lists before you can add them to the pet card.  Click here for details.

There will be a screen for each Module.  It will show a list of appointments, have fields from default info and give you a place to add module specific warnings.
