To start using the OLR system, you'll first want to go through each setting and enable/disable/add/remove or modify what you need to allow your system to run efficiently for your business. Here is a quick overview of the Boarding settings pages.

Login to your Live Access system using your own Live Access URL and admin credentials. Choose Online Reservations from the left hand menu and click on the OLR Settings.
Inside the OLR settings, each module that you have available will have a tab and then sub-tabs underneath as shown here. For Boarding, choose Boarding.
General Settings.
Here you can set general settings for the boarding module.

Business Hours
Here you can set your default business hours for this module or if you already have them entered in KC desktop and all modules operate under the same hours you can copy them from there. It also gives you three different sets of special hours which are hours that are different than your normal business hours and enabling those will overwrite your default hours for the date range selected. This is beneficial for Holidays or other circumstances that may warrant special hours.

Pages to Display in Customer Booking Wizard
Here you can choose which pages your customers will see when they make online reservations through the Client Portal. Checking the box for a page on the left will add it to the "displayed pages" on the right. Unchecked from the left will remove from the right. Whichever pages are showing on the right, your customers will see while making reservations.

Note that you can also use the red/green arrows to move the order of your OLR pages. If a page does not have arrows, it cannot be moved:
Page Content Settings for Boarding
Here you can customize each page shown below with your own custom wording, custom terms, opt-in options, mandatory options and more. Click the customize icon to add your own styling such as font type, size and color!
TIP! Did you know that when you see the diagonal lines in the bottom right of a text field you can click and drag to expand the size? This helps when you have a lot of text to enter!

Appointment Questions
Here you can add a series of questions that can be shown only on the pets first booking or whenever an appointment is made. Important note: In order for this to be displayed, you must choose this "Appointment Questions" page on the "Pages to Display" setting. Otherwise your customers will not see it.

Boarding Document Upload Page Settings
Here you can enable and/or require documents to be uploaded and add your own text.

Boarding Payment Configuration
Here you can setup payment options including deposits, full payments, add conditions and more. IMPORTANT: In order to use payments with Kennel Connection Live Access & Client Portal you must have integrated CC processing. If you would like to learn more, please contact Sales@KennelConnection.net

Choose Feedings
Here you can choose which feedings and options you want to display to your customers during reservations. Please note these are feedings already existing in Kennel Connection desktop. If you wish to add new ones, you must do so through KC desktop. Note that the Morning, Afternoon and Evening options will trigger what your customers see. If you only check "Morning" for a feed, when your customers book, they will only be able to choose "Morning" for that specific feeding option. If you wish to have all time slots available, you must choose all three.
If you wish to re-order the items, you can use the up/down order arrows.
You may also choose to show the "how much" (Qty) setting as well. Some facilities may require pre-measured bags of food so the "how much' setting may not apply.

Choose Exercises
Here you can choose which exercises and options you want to display to your customers during reservations. Please note these exercises are already existing in Kennel Connection desktop. If you wish to add new ones, you must do so through KC desktop. Note that the Morning, Afternoon and Evening options will trigger what your customers see. If you only check "Morning" for an exercise, when your customers book, they will only be able to choose "Morning" for that specific exercise option. If you wish to have all time slots available, you must choose all three. If you wish to not have them choose a time slot, do not choose any.

Choose Products
Here you can choose products you would like to make available for your customers to purchase or add-on when they create a reservation.
