OLR - Boarding customize pages explained

The customize pages settings allows you to customize some of the pages your customers will see during their booking process. It allows you to add custom text, change font style, color and size. 


Please note that in order for your customers to see these pages during the booking process, you must choose these pages on the "Pages to display" setting tab.



Whenever you see this icon: 

It means that the text is customizable. Click the icon to choose font, size and color!




Notice Page


The notice page is a page where you can set an important or even a general notice that all your customers will see when they're making a reservation. (This page will display right after your customer chooses a module to make a reservation for.

Departure Services Page


Here you can choose how you want departure service add-ons for boarding appointments to work. 


Customized Step Name: Here you can change the name that shows in the OLR pages if you do not want it to be displayed as "Departure Services" 


Header Message Text: Here you can add a header message to the top of the departure service page. 


Ignore grooming appointment rules when booking departure services: If you place a check mark next to , this will ignore any grooming appointment restrictions you have set. (Maximums, groomer availability etc.) This is useful for facilities that want all OLR boarding appointments to be able to make departure groom services no matter what. If you want departure services to adhere to your grooming restrictions, leave this option unchecked. 


Time of departure service setting: This setting allows the system to assign departure service times based on the customers out time selected. Many facilities like to get departure services done well before pickup time. 


You could also choose the "All at the same time" option as some facilities like to schedule all departure services for the same time on the out date and then schedule/assign them manually to groomers. This would set all departure services booked through OLR boarding appointments to the same time. 


Days of Week Available: This option allows you to choose which days of the week this is available for. Example: If you only offer departure services on Mondays and Fridays, you would choose Monday & Friday.

Here you can add a message your customers will see when choosing feedings.

Products Page


Here you can add a message regarding products you might have available for your customers to choose from.

Exercises Page


Here you can add a message regarding exercises that your customers may choose for their booking.

Services Page



Here you can add a message regarding services that your customers may choose for their booking.

Pickup and Delivery Page


Here you can add a message regarding pickup and delivery service that your customers may choose for their booking.

Vaccinations Page


Here you can choose to require the updating of expired or missing (required) vaccines and/or require uploads of the vaccination documents. You may also add your own text to be displayed.

You can also set the action for when the booking is completed. Since they had an expired or missing vaccination, you can choose to send it to pending appointments where staff can review it and then save it OR allow the booking to be saved as normal.




Accept Contract Page


Here you can enable terms & conditions to be accepted before a booking is complete. You may choose for this to be presented every time a customer creates a booking or you may choose it to display ONLY at first booking for a new pet. You may also choose to use the KC desktop default terms or you may enter your own OLR terms here. 


Additionally, you can set extra OPT-IN terms and conditions where items that your customers can CHOOSE to opt-in to or not and also you have the ability to set extra MANDATORY terms and conditions that your customers must accept to continue.

Appointment Submit Page


Here you can set messages that will show to the customer AFTER they click submit on an appointment from their OLR dashboard.
