Open your Windows control panel.  To do this, move your mouse to the upper right hand corner of the screen to bring up the Windows menu.  Click search and type in 'control panel' without the quotations.  Over on the left, click on 'control panel'.

In the upper right hand corner of the control panel, make sure your view is set to 'small icon view'.  If it is not, click the drop down arrow and change it.

Click on 'Action Center'.

Choose 'Change User Account Control settings' from the side menu on the left.

On the User Account Control Settings screen, slide the bar all the way to the bottom to 'Never Notify.'  Then click OK.

You will now need to reboot your computer.  This is a requirement.
