Error 503 when backing up the database
- This error occurs when you are trying to backup Kennel Connection to a CD drive. Kennel Connection is not a CD burning program. You will have to back it up to the C drive and then use a program to burn it to a CD
- This error can occur if you are backing up to a flash/thumb drive and that drive letter has changed. You will need to find the correct drive letter for your device.
- This error can occur if you are backing up on a Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 or Windows 10 machine and either you don't have permission to that drive or the UAC (User Account Controls) are on.
