Hello-Groom - Dashboard views

You have the option for three different dashboard views.  The Compact and Comfortable Views allow you to see most of the information related to the pet and the client including packages, warnings, vaccine dates.  You are able to create an invoice through this view and click to send the Text to Pay link.

Compact View - This view is a compacted display, so as many appointments as possible display on the screen without needing to scroll.  



On this initial view, you are able to see pet's photo, icons, package information, dates/times and status of the appointment.

There is a count at the top to quickly see how many of each appointment is scheduled for the day.

There are different tabs so you can quickly filter the appointment list as needed.
All pets - All appointments on the schedule for today for Boarding, Grooming, Daycare.
Arrivals - Only pets that are due to check in today
Checked In - Pets that have been checked in.
Departures - Only pets that are due to checkout today for Boarding.
Checked out - Pets that have been checked out.
Waitlist - Displays waitlist appointments
Cancelled - Displays cancelled appointments




You are able to enable/disable columns.  For example, if you do not use images, you can hide that field.  Click on the Gear and check/uncheck the options.





You are able to add filters to what appointments display.  Click on More.



Sort by - Choose how the appointment display, by pet name, by client name, by service and so on.  
Icons - If you'd like to show only appointments with specific icons (example:  only appointments for pets who have expired vaccines), click on the icon(s) to choose.  
Confirmation - Display all appointments, or only confirmed or not confirmed appointments.
Client Status - Display all appointments or only appointments for new clients (this is their first appointment).
Package - Display all appointments or only those on a package, with an expired package or no package.

Once you choose your options, hit Apply to update the dashboard to display the correct appointments.
If you'd like to display all appointments, click Clear Filter on this screen.



Click on the arrow to display the menu.  Here you can edit the appointment, print the groom card, add belongings, create the invoice and so on.



Click on the dots or click on the appointment to expand it.  This allows you to see information related to the client and pet, packages and so on.

Appointment - This tab shows information related to this appointment, including assigned run, add-ons like departure services and other services, their feeds, meds and exercises.  



Invoice - Click to Generate the invoice.



If an invoice has been generated, you can click View to send the Text to Pay link. 



IMPORTANT:  The Text to Pay feature allows your clients to pay their invoice before picking up their pet.  It's a great way to streamline the checkout process and to decrease the time a client has to wait in your lobby to pickup his pet.  Please contact 1-888-486-4343 option 1 if you'd like to enable this feature.  Click here to learn more about Text to Pay.

The screen will show if the Text to Pay link has been sent.



The screen will show if the Text to Pay link has been paid.

Pet - This displays information related to the pet, such as warnings and vaccinations.  You can also click the View button to go into the pet card to add/edit information.




Client - This displays information related to the client including contact info.



Warnings - This display pet, client and groom warnings.



Notes - These are from the Additional Notes tab on the pet card.



Comfortable View - This view expands the columns for easier viewing.  



Classic View - This is a simple view and shows pet/client name, displays icons and has appointment date information.  It doesn't have the additional features that the Compact and Comfortable view has.
