Feedings, Medications, Exercises - Not invoiceable
You can mark individual feedings, medications and exercises as not invoiceable. This will allow you to add the service to the booking and have it print on the schedule but it won't be included on the invoice.
Click on File, System Options, Invoice tab.
Check the boxes for feeding, medication and exercise charges to show on the invoice.
Click on File, Lists. These steps will tell you how to set up Feedings. You will use the same steps for Medications and Exercises.
On the Feeding tab click on each item and check if it is Not Invoiceable. Be sure to hit Save after each one.
For our example, Own food is Not Invoiceable but we want to charge for Kennel food dry.
On the booking screen, I add both of the feedings to the Services tab, Feeding tab.
On the invoice only Kennel dry food is charged.
