Feeding, Medications, Exercises schedules

Feeding, Medications, Exercises schedules

You can print a report for feedings, medications and exercises for all modules except Petsitting.

To print this report, you must have the schedule opened.  Then click on Reports, module, Feeding schedule, Medication schedule, or Exercise schedule.

You can choose to print the report for all three options, circled in red.

You can choose to print for all day, or just Morning, Afternoon or Evening, circled in blue.

You can print for only pets checked in or all pets on the schedule, circled in brown.

You can click to include all pets on the schedule even if they have none scheduled.  This is a good option if you have a large number of dogs staying.  This is to ensure no one is skipped if someone forgets to add a service to the appointment.  Most users would only use this option for feedings but you can use it for medications and exercises too.  Circled in orange.

You can also print for all modules on the same report, circled in orange.

For feedings, you are able to print feeding labels, circled in pink.  Click here for more details.

When printing the medication report, you can click to include medication notes, circled in yellow.

When you are printing the exercise report, you are able to print all exercises or choose one from the drop down.
