Cloud - Daycare Quick Check-In

The Quick Check-In screen lets you add multiple pets to the daycare schedule with a few clicks.

To enable, click on Manage, New Features Settings. 
Check the box for Enable Daycare QuickCheckin.
You also set what defaults will load onto the appointment if you click on that option.  These are optional settings.
You can choose the default Daycare Primary Service, the default Daycare room/type and default if it's to be a half or full day.

Once enabled, you will see Daycare Quick Check-In at the top of the screen.


You search by pet name, client name, address, phone number, email address.

It will display all matches and you click the arrow to add the pet(s) to the Quick Check-in screen.



You can also scan their barcode to quickly add them to the list.



The Quick Check-In will load the appointment details from their last stay.  This includes whether it was a full or half day, the daycare room/type, run, feedings, medications, exercises, other services and departure services.

You can click to switch between full and half day (circled in yellow), click the pencil (circled in green) to edit the room and run or click the pencil (circled in blue) to open the appointment and change any of the fields.  

If you open the appointment and click Save, the appointment will be added to the Daycare schedule.

You can also click in the drop down (circled in red) and choose Daycare Default, which will load your options for Daycare Primary Service and Daycare room/type that you set in System Options.  The Daycare Default option will retain all of the add-ons from the last appointment.




The appointments on the Quick Check-In screen will remain even if you click to do another task or go to a different screen.  When you click back on Daycare Quick Check-In, you can continue adding appointments.

You can opt to create the appointments only or create the appointment and check the pets in.
You can choose one, several or all of the pets.



You will get a message that the appointments have been created and the pets are checked in.
