Other services

You are able to add as many Other Services as you would like and add them to appointments.  You can track commissions and set their own Category so you can separate these services on the Sales report to get the total revenue per service.


Click on File, Lists, Other Services.

Hit New.  Enter the name, description, rate and check Tax 1/Tax 2 box as needed.


Enter how many times per how many days this service should be given.  If the service should be given one time every day of the appointment, put 1 time per 1 day.  If the pet should get the service twice a day every other day, put 2 times every 2 days.


If the service is only be given once during their stay, put 1 time per every 0 days.


If you want to charge for the service for the last day of the appointment, check that box.  For example, if a pet stays for 5 days and you add a service to be given every day, check that box if you want KC to charge for the 5th day.  Leave the box unchecked if you only want to charge for 4 days and not that last day.

Your are able to set up the item with its own category to track revenue for each Other Service separately on the Sales report.  Click here for directions.


Hit Save when done.


Once you get the list of Other Services, you are ready to add them to appointments.



On the appointment screen, click on the Services, Other Services tab.


Choose the service from the drop down and adjust the date as needed.


You can also assign an employee.  This is required if the employee gets commission.

To print a list of Other Services for the day, click on Reports, Lists, Other Services.  Choose the date range. 


 You can print for one module or all.

To get a total revenue of each service, click on Reports, Revenue, Sales Report.


Choose All Categories or Select 1 or more.


The report will list revenue for Other Services based on the Category you have attached to the item in Lists.
