Multilocation - Default services

Multilocation - Default services

On the pet card, you are able to add default feedings, medications and exercises so that they load onto every appointment made for this pet.  This is a great time saver if the pet gets the service every time.

Important:  If you add/modify/delete services on the pet card, this will not update an existing appointment.  You will need to edit the appointment to update the services there.  But the next new appointment you make for this pet will have the services loaded.

Open the pet card and click on Default Services.

Under each tab, hit Add New.

Choose the service from the drop down menu.
Choose when the pet is to receive the service by checking Morning, Afternoon, or Evening.
Choose the module this service applies to.
How much - instructions for the service
Rotation - how often the pet is to receive the service.
If you put rotation 1 - the pet will receive the service every day of their appointment.
2 - the pet will receive the service every 2 days of their appointment.
3 - the pet will receive the service every 3 days of their appointment.
Rate - How much the service cost.
Hit Save.

Now every appointment made for this pet will automatically load these services.
In our example, we set this service to apply to Boarding and Daycare so those are the modules it will populate for.  It will not populate on Grooming or Special Services appointments.
