If this is a workstation, try the same action on the main computer/server.  If the error does not happen,  it was most likely due to a network drop, even one that only lasts a moment.  Try the action again on the workstation.  If you continue to get the error, verify that this computer is still connected to your network.  


Please note:  Network issues are not covered under your support plan and must be addressed by a local technician.


If this error is happening on the main computer/server, it could be an antivirus program or something else on the machine or network interfering with Kennel Connection.


Click here to exclude KC from the antivirus program.


Click here to set power settings.


If this does not fix the error, contact technical support for further assistance at Support@SoftwareConnectionLLC.com or 1-888-486-4343 option 2.  You will need to provide exact details for what you were clicking on when the error occurred and which customer/pet was affected.

    - Credit Card Processing - Cannot take payments at all from any method.
    - PawLoyalty - Cannot login/spinning or extreme latency and you've verified you have Internet.

    *Utilizing the emergency support for non-emergencies will not receive a call back.
    *Users without a valid subscription will not receive a call back and will need to speak with a sales representative on the next business day.
