Training classes

You are able to schedule Training classes for multiple days a week and allow drop-ins where a client can choose to attend all or some of the classes.


Click on File, Lists, Training classes.


Hit New Class.


Enter the name, Max # of pets per class, description, start and end date, rate (this is the rate of the entire class, not individual dates), times, instructor if any.  You can setup commissions for the instructor.  Click here for instructions.


Choose the days of the week for this class and click "Allow drop-ins" if you want clients to be able to attend some or all of the classes. 


Hit Save when done.


Training classes



When on the appointment screen, choose the class from the drop down.


You can add instructions, check the boxes if you provide pickup and delivery services, or add the pet to the waitlist.  You can also take a deposit through this screen.


If a client wants to choose dates to attend, click the Select button for Drop-in dates.

On this screen, choose the date(s) the client would like to attend.  Hit OK to make the appointment.

You will get a popup warning if you are overbooking the class.

When you check the pet in and out on his first appointment and choose to create the invoice, it will invoice for the entire class.
