Multilocation - Welcome email
You can set KC to send welcome emails when creating new client records. KC will send the email once you hit Save on a new client record.
These settings must be set for each location.
Click on Setup, Business info, Emails tab.
Scroll down to Welcome email. Click the box for 'Enable welcome emails'. You can also check the box to CC your company email.
Enter your message in the text box. If you choose not to enter a message, KC will send a default message of 'Welcome'.
Scroll to the top of the page and hit Save.
