Multilocation - Special Services module

The Special Services module allows you to make appointments for and track services that you do not want to attach to the other modules.  For example, if you offer Hydrotherapy, Massage therapy, Pool time, Hiking and Cuddle time, you can schedule these appointments through the Special Services module instead of adding them as exercises to the boarding or daycare appointments.

Special Services must be setup for each location.

First, click on File, Lists, Spec Svcs tab to set up the different services.

You can set up as many different services as you would like.

You can create a category for each service so that the Sales report will give a total for each service.  Click here for details.

Reports are printed by location.

When you print Reports, Revenue, Sales report, each service will be in its own category.

Now you are ready to make appointments.  Choose the service and assign an employee if needed for the schedule or commissions.

The schedule can be sorted by pet name, last name, service name or in time.  You can also filter by employee name. 

You can print the Special Services log for all services or just one.  Or for all employees or just one.
