You can make a client a member and run a report when the membership is expired.


Open the client card, Contract tab.


Check the box for Member and put an expiration date.

You can turn on a warning message to alert staff if the client's membership is expired. 

Click on File, System Options, Global tab.

Check the box for 'Do member expiry check' and hit the OK button.



You will get a popup message if making an appointment for that client.




To run the report, click on Reports, Lists, Membership Expiration.

    - Credit Card Processing - Cannot take payments at all from any method.
    - PawLoyalty - Cannot login/spinning or extreme latency and you've verified you have Internet.

    *Utilizing the emergency support for non-emergencies will not receive a call back.
    *Users without a valid subscription will not receive a call back and will need to speak with a sales representative on the next business day.
