You can send emails based on membership expiration dates.

Click here for directions on making a client a member.

Click on Utilities, Send Emails.

Click on By Membership.  Click Select.

The screen will show all expired members in your database.  You can send to all expired members by clicking the Select All button.

You can choose a specific date.  This is the date the membership expired.  We'll try September 1st for example.

You can also choose a date range.  To do this, click on the first date.  Then hold down the Shift key and choose the last day.  It will highlight the date range, the month of September in this example.  The list will be all clients whose memberships expire in September 2017.

You can either send an email to all clients by clicking Select All or you can check the X box(es) for the clients you want.
