Boarding, Grooming, Training and Special Services has a feature for you to click to send reminder emails. This is a manual process that must be done whenever needed.
You can also use automatic reminder emails (click here to learn more) or automatic reminder texts (click here to learn more).
Please note: In order for the pet to receive the reminder, their pet card must be set to YES for Issue Reminders.
If you find that a large number of your pets are set to No, contact support for the patch to default all pets to YES for all modules so you don't have to do it one by one. Support@SoftwareConnectionLLC.com or 1-888-486-4343 x option 2.
When you send manual reminders, you are able to include a notice. This is extra information you need to send the client. For example you may want to include your cancellation policy or include your drop-off and pickup times.
This is set in File, Lists, Notices. You can setup 5 different notices but you can only click to include one notice per reminder email.
If you would rather click to send the reminders, click on:
Reports, Boarding, Reminder cards/emails.
Reports, Grooming, Future appointments, Postcards/emails
Reports, Training, Postcards/email reminders
Reports, Special Services, Reminder postcards/emails.
On the prompt, you can choose to send reminders for a date range or a single day.
Click print to get a list of pets or click Email to send email reminders.
You can also click to choose with Notice to include.
