This error is caused by a network drop in which the workstation computer loses connection to the main/server computer. When KC attempted to retrieve information from your database on the main/server computer, it could not retrieve the information and resulted in saying that the record was deleted.
Network drops can happen for a split second, so fast that you may not notice it. It only takes a momentary disconnect to cause this error message.
Wireless networking often has unexpected disconnected. Wireless networking is never recommended for use with Kennel Connection as these disconnects can affect your database. It will also contribute to slowness with the program. Kennel Connection requires a constant connection to the database to send and receive data.
This is not an error caused by Kennel Connection, but by your network. Software Connection only supports Kennel Connection. To fix this, you can reboot all machines, including the server. If you continue to get this error message, technical support can attempt to reestablish the network connection. If unable, you will need to get a certified network technician local to your area to remedy the situation.
IMPORTANT: If you are using Kennel Connection on a workstation and experience a network drop, you run the risk of corrupting your database.
