This is a Windows error message, not a Kennel Connection error. Something on the computer is interfering with KC and causing it to crash.
Remedy 1: Whatever is happening can cause issues with your database. Run JetComp to try to repair the database. If it repairs it, please be aware that it can happen again until you determine and fix the underlying problem. Follow the directions in the links below for the JetComp Utility method.
Remedy 2: Disable or uninstall the antivirus software, reboot the computer and try Kennel Connection again.
Remedy 3: Backup your database, pictures/documents/receipts folders, uninstall and reinstall Kennel Connection. Click here for instructions on backing up.
Remedy 4: Open MS config and disable all startup programs, reboot the computer and try Kennel Connection again.
Remedy 5: You can boot up in safemode to see if the error continues to happen.
