Error 421 4.7.0 Try again later, closing connection when sending emails

Error "421 4.7.0 Try again later, closing connection" when sending emails

This error is usually caused by attempting to send bulk email with a provider such as Gmail that has strict message limits.  This error means that the provider is detecting an unusual volume/rate of messages originating from your IP address.  This gets marked as a spam attempt and your account will be temporarily blocked.

This error is coming from your email provider and not Kennel Connection.  There is nothing you can do in KC to fix it.

You can contact your provider to see if there is a workaround.  The better option would be to use an email service that is designed for sending bulk email.  You can export your email list from KC and upload it to the service.  Click here for instructions.
