You can export your client or email list into an Excel spreadsheet.
Click on Utilities, Export.
Choose either the client or email list from the drop down.
You can choose either Active or Inactive clients.
The checkboxes for the services pull from the labels on the pet card. If you do not use the labels on the pet card, leave the checkboxes blank on the utility, otherwise it will not be the entire list.
The export will be save to the root of the drive you choose as either KCClientList.xls or KCEmailList.xls.
Please note: If you get a successful message but the file is not there, that means you do not have permission to write/save to the drive. This is caused by Windows permission issues, not by Kennel Connection. You can either get a technician to assist with the permission issue or you can export to a different drive. For example, some users aren't able to export to their C drive but they are able to export to their external drives.
Please note: The Export Utility is an administrative feature. If you have security enabled, only employees set as administrators will be able to access this function.
