Desktop: How to add a Credit

How to add a Credit on Desktop / KC7

Go to Accounting → Receipts → Prepayment/Credit. From this screen, you can add unlimited Credits / Prepayments / deposits or credits to a client account.


Search for the customer
After clicking Prepayment/Credit, you will be prompted to search for and select the customer.


Enter the credit details
Once the customer is selected, enter the dollar amount, choose the payment type, and click OK to save the credit to the client card.



The prepayment/credit will appear on the Client Card → Financial tab, where it can be applied to future invoices.
