Cloud - Cancelled appointments and cancellation emails

To cancel an appointment, click on the menu, Cancel.





To view cancelled appointments on the schedule, click on Setup, System Options, Global tab and check 'Track cancelled reservations'.





Cancelled appointments show as a gray line with red text on the schedule, like Sissy's appointment below.





You can also print Reports, Lists, Cancelled appointments to get a list of cancelled appointments per module.




If you have confirmation emails enabled, KC will also send a cancellation email.  You can add your own wording in Setup, Business Info, Email tab.




Scroll down to Cancellation emails and put in your own custom message.  You can also copy the company email.

    If you're issue does NOT consist of one of the following, please email support@kennelconnection.com with your issue to create a ticket and someone will get back to you on the next business day. 

    - Kennel Connection Desktop - Will not open on any machine including server.

    - KC Online Reservations - Clients are getting an error upon login or cannot book ANY reservations.
