Issue: When attempting to run an installer or update file for Kennel Connection, Windows is saying the file has been blocked.
Solution: Whenever Antivirus, Browser Security or even the Windows Operating System is blocking a file from running, you will need to open the folder that the file was downloaded to, right click the file and select Properties.
You should then see an option to Unblock either as a button or check box. Click the button or check the box as needed and click Apply, then OK to close out of properties. This should then allow the file to run normally the next time you attempt to open it.
