The only two supported signature pad models are the Topaz T-LBK462-HSB-R and T-LBK460-HSB-R

Once you have your sig pad plugged in directly to a USB port on your computer, you must tell Kennel Connection it's enabled.
To do this open KC on the computer the sig pad is plugged into and go to File, System Options, Local tab.
In the lower right hand corner, tick the "Signature pad is connected to this computer" option.
Save changes and exit system options. Your sig pad is now enabled for KC use.
A quick way to test is to open a client card (if you have your own entered in KC for testing, use that one) and go to the General Info tab and click on the sig tab.
Click New and it should light up your sig pad and show the capture window on the screen. Sign the sig pad and click OK and the signature should save like you see below. Click save or OK on the customer card to close.
Signature files will save in the KC7/Receipts folder.
If this works, you're all set to use your device.
