Timecard reader beeps and changes color but no punch is recorded for particular employee

When using the timecard reader, it beeps and changes color, but no punch is recorded.  This usually affects just one employee.  The reader works fine for all other employees.


There is an errant future punch that needs to be deleted.


Click on File, Employees.


Click on the employees name on the left and click Next.


Find the errant punch and delete it.

Please note:  You may have to go months, even years, in the future to find this punch.
