If you're receiving the error shown above, it means the employee logged into Live Access does not have appropriate permissions (set inside Kennel Connection desktop) to add appointments.
Please go back to your Kennel Connection desktop software, File, Employees, locate the employee in question and click the access rights tab. Then set the appropriate permissions.
