The installer required to run Live Access & Client Portal isn't available

If you are trying to setup Live Access for the first time and are getting this error:



This means that the registration form executable file is not in the KC7 folder. Normally if this happens it's because anti-virus did not recognize the file and quarantined it. If you're familiar with your anti-virus software, you can usually look into the quarantine folder and mark "LiveAccessRegistrationForm.exe" as safe and restore the file. Otherwise you may need to disable your anti-virus, backup your database and re-run the last KC7 update file. Choose Repair and let it reinstall. Once it's done, look inside your KC7 folder on your C: drive. You should see TWO files. 


LiveAccessRegistrationForm.exe

LiveAccessRegistrationForm.exe.config


If you do not see two files, it has failed again. please contact Support@kennelConnection.net. If you see both files, please try the setup again.
