Signature pad installation

Connect the signature pad to your computer.


Contact Support@SoftwareConnectionLLC.com to get the drivers for the signature pad.  


Once the drivers have been installed, in Kennel Connection, click on File, System Options, Local tab.


Check the box for "Signature pad is connected to this computer".  Hit Apply/OK.




To activate the signature pad, open a customer record.


Click on the General Information tab, Sig tab and hit New.


This will prompt the signature pad to display its license agreement.


Once accepted, it has been activated.
