Print jobs from Kennel Connection are printing from the wrong print tray or you are getting a message about which print tray to use.
Kennel Connection does not have control over print jobs after they have been sent to the printer. When it is asking for a tray destination, that is the printer asking for specifics on where to print the job that was sent to it, which is not a function of KC, but of the printer itself.
We do not have any documentation on how to resolve this issue. You can try updating the printer drivers or do a full uninstall/reinstall of the printer and see if that resolves the issue. If not, you may want to reach out to the printer manufacturer to see if they have a solution.
