Sending promotional emails

There is an html email utility built into Kennel Connection that allows you to compose an email and/or insert images to the email and then choose your recipient list be it a single recipient or multiple. 


Warning: Kennel Connection sends emails using your own email account (settings you've entered into KC, business info.) Most email providers do not allow for bulk emailing and have strict daily sending limits. To avoid having your mailbox/account disabled by your email provider, we strongly suggest finding out their limits and abiding by them. Alternatively there are email marketing companies such as MailChimp or Constant Contact that can be a better route for promotional emails. 


Inside Kennel Connection, click on Utilities, Send Email to open the Email Utility. 


  • In the top section, you can choose your recipients based on multiple options and add attachments. 


  • In the next section, you will enter your email subject. 


  • In the last section (body) you will enter your body text and can insert images into the body of the email. 


To choose an image, either right click, insert, image or click the insert image icon. 

Then, next to the "file" field, click the browse (three dots) button to browse to your image you want to insert. 

Select the image, wait for it to load and then click "Insert Image"





When your email is ready to send, click the "Send emails" button.
