To sell a package to a customer you will go to Customer Management and search for the pet. Once you are on the Customer Profile Tab you will click on Purchase Package.
You will then be given the option to choose from all types of packages that are built into your account (See FAQ Building Out a Package if you do not have any packages). Choose the package you want then click Purchase.
The next screen will prompt you for adding this package as a Replenish Package or not. A replenish package requires a credit card integration through PawLoyalty and a customers credit card stored on file. The Replenish Package option is a way for the package to be re-purchased for the customer automatically once they use the last day of service included. It will charge the card on file and email a receipt to the customer. The Package Unit (Relenish) allows you to choose which part of the package is replenished if it includes more than one service. In this area you can also choose the payment method for the total of the package.
You can then email or print out a receipt for the customer.
The customers package can then be viewed on the Service History Tab along with the ability to Edit the package if needed.
