Resetting Transfer Status of Invoices/Receipts to Resync to QuickBooks
If you run into issues where you did a sync for a date range, but information doesn't show in QuickBooks, when it shows as Transferred in Kennel Connection. There are a few options on how to reset the transfer status, either individually, or in batches.
Option 1. Individual Reset
Go to Accounting>Invoices. If you see the QBDL status as Transferred and you want to reset it, simply double click on the Transferred status and it will offer to reset the status for you. Do this for all invoices that you want to reset.
You'll also need to do this for receipts, by going to Accounting>Receipts and following the same steps above.
Option 2. Bulk Reset
To reset your receipts, go to Utilities>QuickBooks DirectLink. Check only the Vendors option and put in the date range of the receipts that you want to reset. Once that's in place, double click the Ready label at the bottom.
To reset invoices, go to Utilities>QuickBooks DirectLink. Make sure all options are unchecked and put in your date range, then double click the Ready label at the bottom.
