Reports showing dots for business name or font error screen
If you are trying to print reports from KC desktop and part of your header info shows as dots like this:
Or you see any errors like this:
You are missing the walkway fonts on your machine.
Please close Kennel Connection on that computer and save the attached zip file on this article to your computer. It does not matter where you save it to.
Once the file is saved to your computer, right mouse click on it and choose Extract All and then Extract. All the files will now extract from the zipped folder and a new window will open showing you all of the font files.
In that window press CTRL + A to select all files at once.
Once all files are selected, right mouse click on any one of the files and choose "Install". Follow any installation prompts that may come up (there may be none) and when it's finished, please start Kennel Connection and attempt to print the report again.
If you have multiple computers having this same issue, the above must be done on all computers.
