Recurring inventory item

Recurring inventory item

You have the option to make an inventory item a recurring item.  This means it is added to every invoice created as a per-pet charge.  An example would be if you charge clients an insurance fee.

Please note:  Lite users do not have access to Inventory.  If you would like to upgrade to the Standard version, contact Sales at Sales@SoftwareConnectionLLC.com or 1-888-486-4343 option 1.

Click on File, Inventory.

Click on the item and click the Recurring box.

Once you hit Save, you will get a popup message explaining what the Recurring box means.

For our example, 2 pets were in for grooming so KC will charge for 2 insurance fees.
