QBDL error You cannot pay more than the amount due

This is usually due to a credit card transaction that is modified after payment is taken.  Due to PCI compliance, credit cards are not allowed to be charged for more than the amount of the invoice.


You will need to delete these receipts and recreate them, then sync again.


For those who process credit cards through Kennel Connection:
  • To recreate a credit card receipt, take payment as Cash. 
  • After you have saved the receipt, go to Accounting, Receipts, highlight the receipt and hit Modify. 
  • Choose the credit card payment method, i.e. Visa, from the drop down menu. 
  • Hit Save. 

This allows you to recreate a credit card receipt without having to swipe the card again.

    - Credit Card Processing - Cannot take payments at all from any method.
    - PawLoyalty - Cannot login/spinning or extreme latency and you've verified you have Internet.

    *Utilizing the emergency support for non-emergencies will not receive a call back.
    *Users without a valid subscription will not receive a call back and will need to speak with a sales representative on the next business day.
