Some businesses have an employee who handles timecards for employees. They need to be able to add/modify/delete punches. You can give them permission to edit the timecard without giving them access to the entire employee record.
Click on File, Employees, Access Rights tab.
Click on the employee's name. This is the employee who will be monitoring the punches.
Click the A (Add), M (Modify), D (Delete) boxes for Timecards. Do NOT check the boxes for Employees. Hit Save when done.
We'll use Martha as an example.
Once you set her permissions, close the employee screen and log back in as Martha.
Only the Timecard and Notes tab will be available.
