PayGuardian: Transactions are not showing in CC Management screen or with Chosen Payments

PayGuardian: Transactions are not showing in CC Management screen or with Chosen Payments

For PayGuardian users only:


If you ever have the issue where you are running credit cards and getting a successful message but no transactions show in CC Management and no transactions are coming through to Chosen Payments, do the following steps.


Type "Restart Payguardian service" in the windows 10 search bar and select to restart the PG service.


Answer yes to any popups. 


Ensure you wait until the countdown shows 0 before attempting to connect again. 


Wait an additional 30 seconds before attempting to open their client app or process a credit card.
