Charging/storing credit cards

When paying with a credit card, you have three options:  Stored CC, Swipe CC and Enter CC.

On Stored CC, you choose the card from the dropdown and hit Pay.



On Swipe CC, you can also check the box to store this card on file for future use.



On Enter CC, you can also check the box to store the card on file for future use.



Storing a card on file

Cards are encrypted and stored as a token with the last 4 digits of the card number.  Employees never have access to the full card number.

Refunds/returns

Refunds are automatically applied to the card that was originally charged, even if that card is not stored on file.

Requiring cards for Online bookings

You can require that a client enter a credit card when requesting an online booking.  Click on PawLoyalty, Administration.



Click on Policies.



Check the box to require the card.  Be sure to scroll down and click Update when done.



If you do not require a card, the client will still see this button for Add authorized credit card, but they can skip it when submitting an appointment.
