PawLoyalty - Client cannot log into the Online Booking portal

PawLoyalty - User cannot log into Online Booking portal

If a client cannot log into the Online Booking portal, it's most likely the incorrect email address.  Confirm that info with the client.  You can also login as the client to verify it works.

Another reason might be that the user is going to the wrong URL address.  Confirm this info.
