PawLoyalty - Opt-in/out for marketing
You can opt a client in or out for marketing (emails and texts) under their client profile. Click Edit.
Scroll to the bottom to find the Notification Settings.
Please note: Your client will always have the option to opt-out of texts and emails. There is no option to disable that.

PawLoyalty - Merging duplicate accounts
There is no option to merge duplicate client or pet records in PawLoyalty. You will need to remove the duplicate record. If you do remove an account, you are able to add it back. This link will give you directions.
