You can setup automated emails for birthdays, appointment reminders, expired vaccinations, reservation requests, package and credit thresholds, and many more options.
Please note: You are not able to dictate what time automated emails are sent. They are sent as a batch to Twilio and the time sent depends on how many messages are in the batch.
To set your options of what emails you'd like to send, click on PawLoyalty, Administration.
Click on Email Preferences.
Choose your options here. Be sure to hit Save when done.
You can customize the message for some of these emails. Click on Marketing, Update Automated Emails.
Click Customize for the ones you'd like to have a custom message. Be sure to hit Save when done.
Please note: The same Apppointment Reminder Email is used for all appointments so you'll want to add verbiage to cover all possibilities (boarding, grooming, daycare, training, etc.).
You can go to the client profile to see what emails they received and if it was Delivered (but not opened) or Opened.
To see a list of what expired vaccination emails were sent, click on Reports, Vaccination Report.
Please note: The Expired vaccination email will send 30 days before the expiration date. If the pet has an upcoming appointment, another expired vaccination email will be sent out again 15 days before the expiration date.
Choose any date range to get the list of pets. However you need to go to the client card to see if the message was opened.
You can also print the birthday report to see the emails sent. You will need to go to the client profile to see if the email was opened.
