PawLoyalty - Changing 'Facility kept funds' into a refund

If you cancel an appointment and forgot to hit Refund, this will be set to Facility Kept Funds.

If you need to refund that person, you just need to complete the refund.

Go to the client's card and hit Add Refund.

Choose this appointment and the correct payment method.  Hit Paid.

Now it will show that this transaction was refunded instead of Facility Kept Funds.
