PawLoyalty - Adding business hours, closures and exceptions

PawLoyalty - Adding business hours, closures and exceptions

To add your business hours, click on PawLoyalty, Schedule.

Click on Update Hours.

If you are open for one time, enter that.  For example 7am - 6pm Monday - Friday and 7am - 12pm Saturday.  You're closed on Sunday.

If you are open several times during the day, enter the entire time range, then you'll use Closures to mark those hours as closed during the day.

Let's say these are your hours.

Monday - Friday:  7am - 6pm
Saturday:  7am - 12pm, 2pm - 6pm.
Sunday:  7am, 12pm, 6pm.

Choose the date this will be effective from.  When it saves, these hours will be set for your calendar for the next 13 months.
Click the days you are opened.
Enter 7am - 6pm for each day.
Hit Set.

Next click on Add Closures.

Choose Saturday.
Enter a reason.
Choose your closure times, 12:30pm to 2pm.  PawLoyalty will let you choose the End time on the appointment.  Hit Add.

IMPORTANT:  Hit Add only one time.  If you hit Add multiple times, it will add duplicate closures to your list.  Let the page finish loading before continuing.

If you make an appointment on Saturday, you can choose between 7am - 12pm and 2pm - 6pm.

Sunday will need two closures.
Click Add Closure.
Choose Sunday and enter a reason.
Choose 7:30am - 12pm.
Hit Add.

Click Add Closure and choose Sunday.
Choose 12:30pm - 7pm.
Hit Add.

Now when you make an appointment on Sunday, you can only choose 7am, 12pm and 7pm.

Exceptions:  These are used if a day will be closed or hours different than your normal hours.

Click on Add an Exception.

For example, on October 9th, you might only be open for 7am - 12pm.

Click on Available, choose the date and add your hours.  Hit Add when done.

Or you could be closed on November 13th.
Click on Unavailable, choose the date and click 'Unavailable all day' checkbox.
Click Add when done.
