PawLoyalty - Accidentally marking the wrong payment method

If you are taking payment on an invoice and accidently choose the wrong payment method (let's say you chose Offline Credit Card, but the clients needs to pay with his credit card), you will need to cancel the appointment and refund the payment back to Offline Credit Card.  Then you will create the appointment again and this time the client can pay with his card.

First, go to the Purchase History and click Cancel appointment for that invoice.



Click on Refund.



Choose the refund method.
Choose the service to deduct the refund from.
Verify the refund amount.
Add a refund note if desired.
Hit Paid.



Now you can add the appointment again and run the card.  Choose Historical appointment if this is for a past date or New Appointment if it's for today/future date.
