If you sell multiple types of packages, such as different boarding, daycare, grooming or other packages, and need to know which clients/pets bought a specific one, set up its own category so you can run the sales report.
Click on File, Inventory, Categories bubble.
Hit New and add the category. You can name it the same thing as the package name. We'll use 10 days in this example.
Hit Save when done.
Click on the Inventory bubble.
Click on 10 days and choose the category you just created.
Hit Save when done.
Next, click on Reports, Revenue, Sales report.
Choose Select one category and choose 10 days.
Choose Detailed and the date range.
The report will list all clients and pets who bought a 10 day package in the date range.
Once you have the list, you can either leave the category as 10 days or switch it back to DAYCARE. Remember, the category is how products and services revenue are grouped on the sales report.
