Many businesses will require approval on all OLR appointments. This allows you and your staff to view and/or edit all appointments before they entered into your KC database and confirmed. This is common if you want to have control over runs or simply review all appointment details before it get's confirmed in your database.
To access the pending appointments from Live Access, click the Online Reservations menu item and choose "Pending Appointments. (The notification icon will be displayed with number of pending appointments.)
The pending appointments will be displayed. Here you can approve/deny/edit the appointment. Note that edit and save will approve the appointment.
Clicking Approve will approve the appointment and add to your KC database. If you have email confirmations enabled in KC desktop along with your email settings filled out, your client will receive a confirmation email. To learn about setting up email and confirmations in KC desktop click HERE.
Clicking Deny will deny the appointment and if you have "send denial" option enabled, it will prompt you to either add a custom message or use your default denial message.

- Clicking "Confirm Deny (No Email)" will deny the appointment without sending a message.
- Clicking "Confirm Deny (Email)" will deny the appointment and send an email.
Clicking Edit will open up the appointment and allow you to check all the details, modify the appointment and other items. When you click Save, it will approve and save the appointment to the KC database.
Clicking View Schedule will open up that modules schedule so you can view before approving.
