On the products settings page, you can link inventory items you have entered in KC desktop to your OLR system and even change the names so the customer see's something different than you would normally see behind the scenes.
Click the "Add New" button, mark the line as "active" if you wish for it to be an active item, click the linked items field and choose your inventory item. Then you may edit the Title and description to what you wish and may choose to show or not show the price to the customer.
Whenever you see the up/down arrows as shown above under "Order", you can use those arrows to move up or down your items in the list.
