Obtaining DaySmart Database Backup

Obtaining DaySmart Database Backup (Online Version)

Login to your DaySmart account as you normally would. 

Once logged in, click on the user profile drop down in the upper right corner. 




Click on "My user options."



Expand the support section on the left menu. Choose Download Backup. 

NOTE: This can take 5 minutes or more of just spinning before the backup downloads. Be patient. 






This will download an XML file of your data to your computer. You must now provide this to a Software Connection support representative. This file will probably be too large to email, so you'll need to use a Dropbox or Google Drive, One Drive or some sort of file share account. 

Alternatively, you can work with support, provide them access to your DaySmart account and they can download the data here for you.
